MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Thank you for your order, we stand behind the quality of our product and we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of an order. For any returned item, a return authorization (by phone or e-mail) is required from us beforehand. Merchandise store credit (no handling/restocking fee) or cash refunds (less a 15% handling/restocking fee) will be issued for all returns. Shipping & handling & insurance charges are not refundable.
If you receive a merchandise credit, it will be automatically applied to your next order. Please remember to login using the same email address that the credit was issued to.
